Tree 360 is a private, internal business-management application operated by Quality Tree LLC of Southeast Missouri, used solely by Quality Tree LLC, Advanced Tree Service MO, and their employees to run their tree-service businesses. It is not offered to the public, and no accounts are available to anyone outside these companies.
Tree 360 stores information needed to run the business: customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses; job estimates, invoices, and payment records; employee names and work schedules; and company financial records such as bills and check registers.
When connected to QuickBooks Online, Tree 360 performs read-only queries of accounting transactions (such as recorded checks) belonging to our own company file, for the sole purpose of reconciling our internal check register. Tree 360 does not write, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online, and does not access QuickBooks data belonging to any other company. QuickBooks connection tokens are stored securely and used only for this purpose.
Information is used only to operate our business: scheduling work, communicating with our own customers about their jobs, invoicing, and bookkeeping. We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Data is shared with service providers only as required to operate the application (for example, our database host, and our text/email delivery providers when we message a customer who has asked about their job).
Quality Tree LLC and Advanced Tree Service MO send text messages only to customers who have given consent — verbally when calling or meeting with us to request a free estimate, or through our intake form. Messages are customer-care notifications about that customer's own estimate, scheduled work, crew arrival, and invoices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages described here.
Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per requested job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and opt out; reply HELP for help or contact us at (573) 979-3587. Opt-out preferences are honored automatically and recorded on the customer's file. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit, with access limited to authorized employees through individual sign-ins and role-based permissions. Records are retained only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.
